Вчера комитет Верховной рады по вопросам правосудия принял решение о создании рабочей группы, которая займется проверкой данных о "материально-имущественном состоянии" председателя окружного административного суда (ОАС) Киева Олега Бачуна. С такой инициативой выступили народные депутаты фракции БЮТ Андрей Портнов, Валерий Писаренко и Святослав Олийнык. Помимо них, в состав рабочей группы вошли народные депутаты Юрий Бут ("Наша Украина-Народная самооборона") и Вадим Колесниченко (Партия регионов). На заседании комитета господин Портнов привел ряд примеров, подтверждающих, что расходы господина Бачуна не соответствуют его доходам. В частности, депутат рассказал о чартерных перелетах главы ОАС Киева, строительстве особняка в поселке Буча, недешевых мобильных телефонах и посещении дорогих ресторанов. "Решение мы сегодня не принимали: я настоял, что нужно еще послушать Бачуна, поскольку одну сторону (депутатов БЮТ) мы выслушали, а вторую - нет",- сообщил глава комитета Сергей Кивалов (Партия регионов). По его словам, Олег Бачун был приглашен и на вчерашнее заседание комитета, однако он позвонил и сообщил, что не сможет в нем участвовать.
Напомним, проверку нарушений законодательства, якобы допущенных Олегом Бачуном при принятии судебных решений, уже проводит Высший совет юстиции, в частности член совета Виктор Медведчук.
Претензии в адрес господина Бачуна со стороны БЮТ, связаны с недавними решениями ОАС Киева, в результате которых сорвалась приватизация Одесского припортового завода .

Мэр Киева Леонид Черновецкий отказался от намерения участвовать в выборах Президента, которые состоятся 17 января 2010 года.

Об этом сегодня, 21 октября, сообщила советник мэра Марта Грымская.

"Наш мэр давно сказал, что в президенты он баллотироваться не будет", сказала Грымская.

Советник также отметила правильность мотивации такого решения у Черновецкого.

Генеральная прокуратура Украины обжаловала решение Печерского районного суда Киева, которым было отменено постановление о возбуждении уголовного дела против бывшего заместителя главы СБУ Тиберия Дурдинца.

Как сообщили ЛІГАБізнесІнформ глава пресс-службы ГПУ Юрий Бойченко, соответствующая жалоба сегодня была подана в Апелляционный административный суд Киева.

"Уголовное дело не закрывалось, оно приостановлено в связи с решением суда", - также добавил глава пресс-службы.

Напомним, ранее сообщалось, что уголовное дело в отношении экс замглавы СБУ Тиберия Дурдинца, объявленного в международный розыск, закрыто. Решение было вынесено в прошлую пятницу Печерским судом Киева, который отменил постановление о возбуждении Генпрокуратурой уголовного дела.

Как известно, в феврале этого года Окружной административный суд отстранил Т.Дурдинца с поста замглавы СБУ, вопреки чему он продолжал исполнять обязанности до июня, пока его не уволил глава государства Виктор Ющенко. Невыполнение судебного решения стало официальной причиной для возбуждения ГПУ уголовного дела в отношении сотрудника СБУ весной этого года.

Напомним, ранее Т.Дурдинца подозревали в незаконной "прослушке" ведущих политиков страны.
